Kristi Cross, DNP, RN, is the Director of Bennington Blueprint at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, overseeing the Vermont Blueprint for Health program in Bennington, VT. Kristi obtained her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on leadership and rural population health from Chamberlain University in 2017. She is the chair of Bennington’s Accountable Community for Health and is the Project Director for the Bennington Opioid Response Team. She also serves on several boards within the Bennington community, including United Counseling Service and Green Mountain Community Network.
