Why are you an ACT Member?

I love what ACT represents and aims to achieve! Collaboration and prevention efforts are such needed pillars for a safe, inclusive, and engaging community. I have always had a passion to advocate and support youth. Being an ACT member allows me to expand my efforts in doing just that!

What do you love most about living and/or working in Bennington?

I love the fall and summer – the sights of the mountains, lakes, and wildlife are serene and can really reset my mood! I guess I can say the winter is not so bad either – love a good day of sledding or watching the flakes fall! The sense of community is great too.

Top three songs on your current playlist:
  1. Cover Me In Sunshine by Pink and her daughter Willow
  2. No Rain by Blind Melon
  3. Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond
What are you reading right now?

Oh, I wish this was more interesting, but currently starting a new course and am reading Advocacy Practice for Social Justice.

What are you doing to support your health and wellness lately?

I enjoy walking and being outside as much as possible. I am also working on being more mindful and have started meditation as part of my morning routine 🙂
