I’ve made a few of these Mindful Monday posts already, and I’ve realized that I haven’t done a good job of explaining what mindfulness actually is.

Instead of trying to explain it, check out Jon Kabat-Zinn, a practitioner of mindfulness for over 3 decades, and Anderson Cooper do so.
