I’ve made a few of these Mindful Monday posts already, and I’ve realized that I haven’t done a good job of explaining what mindfulness actually is.
Social media can be overwhelming. Besides connecting and sharing content, it can make people feel left out, boring, or just downright bad.
Holidays got you frazzled? There’s just too much to juggle: gifts, places to be, ceaseless All I Want for Christmas by Mariah Carey, and maybe that family member who talks about politics over the dinner table?
Anxious about the school week? Brand-new workweek? Or maybe just gearing up to see the family *cough* in-laws *cough* over the holidays?
It can be tough to get a handle on that vague, even sometimes illogical feeling of anxiety.
